This is an example of a linear drum fill. Linear drumming is simply when you play one note at a time and it can be used as grooves and fills.

  • No, it is not. I only put it here for drummers in London to have a look and contact me if they felt like having a lesson.

  • That wasn't a lesson, but a demonstration. But it's easy to figure out anyway

  • Correct, the video is not meant to be a drum lesson. I put this video on line to advertise my drum lessons in London. Thanks, Manuel

  • Ah that's a shame. If you were here in London I could brake it down for you in my studio. I think you can figure out. The begining is 2 groupings of 5 16note triplets: Kick, floor tom, rack tom, snare and ohpen hat. In that order. The rest is just straight 16th orchestrated around the kit. Let me know if you have any problems. Ok

  • Hi Ian, are you based in London?
