Backpack = 35 lbs
Neck = 15 lbs
Huge PR for 5 RM. Last week I tried to get 140x5 and "kinda" got it. Smashed it today.
Makes me think I could've hit 1 RM of 170 or 175 today.... we'll see. I'll try for a 1-3 RM next workout on Friday.

yeah, I can one arm dip fairly easily. the awkward part is just the balance like one arm pushups
