@Moviemakerjjcasino dealers never rip off customers if its proper casino. A casino doesnt need to rip off as the games are already made with the casino having an edge.
First of all youre supposed to open the last part of the cut chips so you cant just give 4 instead of 5 or whatever and there are like 3 cameras watching your every move.
2ndly a LOT has changed since the 70s and dealing BJ requires nearly no skill as opposed to roulette for example.
