Wow, this was a really good workout, i followed along and i felt the burn. The 3th exercise was really challenging, i added the push up but with my knees bend, i felt it anyway. Thank you so much for this routine Brock and Marta:)

Thanks Marta and Brock for the ideas. I try to make changes to my workout everyday to challenge myself and put my body to the test.
