This is the most fucked up thing I've seen in a long time. This is what the police in the U.S. do? If you leave anything in a poor neighborhood it's going to get stolen. That's why we turn off our car lights, lock the doors and take our keys with us. This shit is entrapment. Then he has cannabis on him, and of course that's illegal in the U.S. so now he's got two crimes to go the jail for. The U.S. is a messed up place.
