Half of these comments are just signs of ignorance. I've marched both styles and they both are hard at times. If you haven't marched both than maybe you should grow a pair and stop feeding into what your brain dead directors are telling you. There are core bands that sound like crap too btw...

LOL this was my band I'm down there lol this was my last year as Trombone Section Leader known as the NSU Horny Horns... RU was fun I love their crowd so much Spirit! Although our band was in ones opinion a lot more entertaining, RU football team kicked our assss lol

@pvtcairns Well like i always say, not all DCI bands are just amazing... same thing applies to all styles. You have show bands that can outplay DCI groups, and vice versa, besides we shouldn't even compare college bands to what are essentially all-star corps-style bands. If anything, compare Corps-style college bands to Show ones... and I think FAMU can pretty much outdo them all. I don't even go there, btw.

@BlackvvvFist Actually I'd say the only thing I'd say drum corps take from show bands is what NOT to do. It's a different world, and they don't cross too much. I'm not a fan of show bands, imo they usually give up musicianship for showmenship. I dig this though, being a UWM band Alum, to march like this is insanly difficult. Yes marching at 250 bpm with 300 sets a show is harder then high stepping, but being able to play ANYTHING well while 90 degree marching is amazing This was pretty well done
