Its also a fact that SOME men abuse the system too. The dude should not be dead, thats 100% for sure... I agree , the guy needed stopped by necessary force, and should have been served the same day ... the system needs a make over , thats for sure!!!!

The goal is to make our elected officials aware that frivolous PFA's will not be tolerated period and people will be prosecuted if found guilty. The majority of PFA's are submitted by women against men. They are used as a "silver bullet" to get the guy removed from the household and consequently used to remove custody of the children from the man. Our mission is to STOP false claims of abuse no matter who makes them and also STOP having PFA's be used as a weapon in custody battles.

The fact of the matter is that if the PFA weren't abused by women, which even the POLICE admit that most of the claims are frivolous, Kenny Miller's life might have been saved. They had 50 to serve and didn't prioritize the one's from serious to non-violent. In the PFA, it said he was going to get a gun and make brains "go boom." If that isn't an indicator of being homicidal and violent...what is.
