My Choice 155 - Orietta Berti: Io, Tu e le Rose

I dedicate this presentation to the one I love.

This is one of the most beautiful songs that came out of Italy in the 20th Century. A very young Orietta Berti pleased the ears and the hearts with her song "Io, tu e le rose" (I, you and the roses) which she sang at the Festival di San Remo of 1967.

Orietta's voice is smooth, silky, melodic and sings from her heart. I always loved this song and that's why I dedicated it to my adorable wife.
