@BassAnglerMike33: Just last week, I've purchased the Seven good Berkley Tactix MH baitcaster designed for spinnerbaits. I've purchased three top named brand rods there which are the AbuGarcia, Quantum Tournament, and the Shakespeare. So far, I've only caught two bass out of all of those rods. Well, all that's going to change now that spring is here. I'm from Los Angeles where the water taste funny, it's forever too sunny, people work all month and they make no money!
walmart has nice lures, i dont like there rods much, although i was there a few days ago and they have the berkley lightning shock rod there, i think i might get it for plastic fishing
They Look alright but sensitivity dosen't matter when your deep cranking well it does just not as much. Also you need something light you can leep in your hands all day Like a Powell 753 or 754 Twin Sattes Cumara's are nice too just a confidence thing with Powell.
This rod is pretty good, the only thing I don't like about it, is that it is a little heavy. It is worth the money, but if I was going to buy a rod for that much money, I'm going to stick with my shimano cumara rods. Those rods are unbelievably sensitive, light weight, powerful, and for the money, you can't beat them. I would put this rod up against any rod on the market today, and it would kick their ass!
rod is ok i i dont like the handle would rather have a cork one but over all their not worth the money but i love the quantum energy and tour edition pts they rock
i have some nice quantum rods and reels and some abu garcias and geloominis poles and shaimono
