Halloween II -The Most Arbitrary Explosion in Cinema History

Halloween is a rough night. You're just out wearing your imitation Michael Myers mask complete with an authentic outfit from whatever trucking company Michael stole his from, holding your Halloween candy and having your long blond hair, and bam. Suddenly some old coot and the sheriff are screaming about running and pointing a gun at you. Oh, who cares, you think, as you slowly walk out into the street, watching out for traffic, as the men scream about killing you.

Then, suddenly, a squad car plows into you at 90 miles an hour straight into a truck. Which explodes. Twice.

"He came out of nowhere!" the cop protests.



...Oh, and a bonus. My other favorite scene from Halloween II.

He hit his head and died...supposedly. He does end up surviving this in the TV version, but the theatrical version implies pretty heavily that he dies. By slipping on blood.

i spotted a goof up when he got hit the police rams him into that van and the he falls down but when they show him again hes sitting back up how he does that idk see 0:38 and 0:43
