I'm having a really bad day and took it out on you, I am truly sorry for that.
Lets get back on track: I agree that they should not give a green beret to anyone who has not completed the training, that is obvious of course. You have to EARN putting it on ;)
But that's just the government, it doesn't make the KCT any less effective IMO.
My point is that KCT and MARSOF are both very good, there is no "better" in this game.
