In this video, I grow the footprint of a virtual cluster nearly instantaneously by cloning a running virtual machine (the one in which I'm typing 'gc clone'). First, I create just a few clones and kill them. Then I create ten and kill them. Finally, I create twenty clones and kill them. Each virtual machine is fully functional and independent. In the end, ssh takes longer to authenticate than it took to create the over twenty virtual machines.
