@05rubasurex, sure it should be $20 plus tax. Communicating with you I'd think you'd expect synthetic oil & a name brand oil filter & Jiffy Lube to fix your stripped oil plug & replace your leaking oil pan gasket for the same price.
I would love to see the contract with Pruven showing the breakdown & cost of work to be done.
Again why would they need special permission from you to order part is there is a contract?

Also about the down pipe my point was if they are such a great shop you should not be losing parts. What if that was a 1500 dollar aem stand alone they lost.? Luckily is was only a down pipe.

Not to mention buy law the shop has to get permission. He didn't call at all to at let me know what is going on. Every time I called all I ever got is Dan is not here I'll have him call you as soon as he gets back. Like I said this conversation is pointless go believe what you want. @05rubasurex, I don't hate you I have to say that you are acting like a moron. A contract spells out the terms of an agreement & therefore giver permission to perform work stated in the contract. No other special permission is needed...........so if you insist that an additional permission was needed that would indicate that parts were not listed in the contract.
