My Life In Film (Episode 4: Shallow Grave - Part 1)

My Life In Film is a forgotten comedy from the BBC originally broadcast in 2004 and starred Kris Marshall (from My Family and the BT broadband adverts) as Art, an aspiring screenwriter. The show's episodes were all different film parodies, but it relyed on narratives to drive the whole series forward. The other characters are Jones, Art's best friend and flatmate (played by Andrew Scott) and Beth, Jones's girlfriend (played by Alice Lowe) who happens to hate Art as much as he hates her.

This episode features Shallow Grave as its parody and has the flatmates looking after a pet goldfish, but when £45 is found, things start to get out of hand.

I guess Art is just meant to really annoy us? For the last 4 episodes now he has been annoying and his friends are just so nice. I don't know why that irks me so much, but I really enjoy this show.
