TSA Speedo Protester Fuck Big Brother and Big Sister Protest TSA -- From the TheJimmyAndEricShow - My friend Jimmy successfully navigated a TSA security checkpoint in a speedo swimsuit at the Salt Lake City International Airport on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 with the words, 'SCREW BIG SIS' written on his back.

Why the speedo? With the way TSA screening is going it only seems like the next logical requirement for getting on an airplane. Soon TSA will be having us strip down to make the screening process more efficient, but not if we take a stand. In this sense Jimmy was merely obliging the TSA, but he was also exposing the ridiculousness of their policies. With the full-body scanners and TSA agents putting their hands down our pants, let's be honest, a speedo is pretty modest.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- A college student has posted a video on the Internet in which he strips down to a Speedo bathing suit to protest security measures at Salt Lake City airport.

The video was purportedly shot Tuesday in a security line, but an airport official reported another Speedo protest was taking place Wednesday.

In the video, a Transportation Security Administration agent asks the student, "Sir, what are you doing?!"

"This is a safety precaution, man," the student replies. "Just making sure I don't have any trouble."

"Put your clothes back on!" an agent orders before the protester tries to explain that he plans to dress after exiting a metal detector.

"Put your clothes back on!" the agent repeats.

The protester refuses and tells a TSA supervisor, "I looked on the TSA website and it didn't say anything about going through in a bathing suit."

Agents then try to coax the man to at least put on a shirt.

"I will on the other side -- is that cool?" he replies.

Agents finally give up and let the man remain in his briefs.

The student was identified only as Jimmy on the blog complaining of "ridiculous" screening procedures at U.S. airports. The footage was taken by a video camera filming from a security line conveyor belt.

On Wednesday, a man in a swim suit, boots and cap was walking around a terminal, airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann said.

He also spent time outside the terminal in frigid temperatures.

"He's being allowed to exercise his freedom of speech," Gann said. "That Speedo guy is definitely provocative."

The TSA saw no reason to take action.

"He's not a security threat," said TSA spokesman Dwyane Baird at the Salt Lake airport. "We would have no reason to detain him."

DENVER - USA - A full body scanner operator was caught masturbating during a scanning session by airport staff late Tuesday.

Airport officials at Denver International airport were on high alert yesterday when a full body scanner operator was caught masturbating in his booth as a team of High School netball players went through the scanner.

"The young ladies were going through the scanner one by one, and every time one went through, this guys face was getting redder and redder. His hand was moving and then he started sweating. He was then seen doing his 'O' face. That's when the security dragged him out of his booth and cuffed him. He had his pants round his ankles and everybody was really disgusted," Jeb Rather, a passenger on a flight to New York told CBS news.

The controversial scanners display every minute detail of a person's body and have been called intrusive by privacy campaigners. Body scanners penetrate clothing to provide a highly detailed image so accurate that critics have likened it to a virtual porn shoot. Technologies vary, with millimeter wave systems capturing highly detailed pictures of genitals, and backscatter X-ray machines able to show precise anatomical detail. The U.S. government likes the idea because body scanners can detect concealed weapons better than traditional magnetometers.

"What do you want to do, get blown up by a goddamn Arab at 30,000 feet or we get to see your private parts? It's up to you, the ball's in your park," head of the TSA's scanning department, Rodney Schroeder, told CNN.

Its really important to note, though, that you will always lose when you do things like this with groups of people, though not necessarily individuals.
