Sounds like a lot of incontinence issues there for you gals. rebounding i have heard can help after some time doing it. Not sure though. I don't have an issue with peeing myself and I am perimenopause where that can really be an issue. Have you guys ever thought of doing t-tapp organs in place move or taking estrogen.

Wow, what's going on with your bladders? lol. I don't plan to pee on myself doing any exercise. Granted after i try it I may be back on here apologizing because it happened. BUT i don't expect it too.
GREAT WORKOUT!!! I Rebound everyday. I am in my 60's, and no, I don't go high level all the time any more-but, if you are interested in being as healthy, vibrant, and as youthful as you possibly can-REBOUND!!. Actually, you can do any exercise you want-as long as it is done properly. But, I think that rebounding is the absolute most fun way to exercise.
