Single Dead Lif - Focus, focus, focus, especially when you stand on one leg with upper body moving the same time, you might find it hard to stabilize, the work is to maintain the spine curvature in relation to gravity, and balancing the abdominal action with the extention.
Do this exercise 15-20 R + L
