The revolutions in Science (and not only) can not have the.. "usual road maps"...

because THE TRUST (to peer-reviewed..people..) does NOT EXIST....!!Think about...the problems of Tesla etc!!!! The National Council of Research and Thechnology iof GREECE(Athen/Greece)/Ministry of Education etc...TRUSTS the peer-reviewed Journals but ONLY as puplic official opinion..i.e in private discussions..all known to me other scientists HAVE NOT TRUST in the International terrain....I trust only EU/CORDIS/..!
