This video demonstrates how to use clear and color rods to prepare a simple bullesye cane. Millifiore picture cane typically uses many canes stacked together to produce paterns. The bullesye cane I produced in this video will be utilized later to build a millifiore picture cane creating a flower pattern. Hope you enjoy this video, and be sure to discuss your thoughts or questions in the comments below. Also be sure to subscribe, there will be many more tutorials to come.

  • @Burritoast yep thats it and the torch is a Mirage, I love that thing, Whoop Whoop!!

  • haha we got the same gear, Phantom, F-130 and natty hand torch.

  • It's a Mirage, but I def admired your F-130 (from your video) until I was able to get mine. I also have a small jewelers torch, but I haven't gotten it hooked up yet. I plan on getting some quick releases to interchange the 2 hand torches.

hell, yeah. i learned how to blow using a mirage... now im using a RedMad, which was like going from rolls royce to a honda civic. i miss that center fire option. great vids though man keep them coming.

While you can get a flower pattern from some molds, it is not the only way. To achieve a much more detailed flower pattern, the best method is to stack many short pieces of cane (like a bulls eye cane) around a central cane, and fill in the remaining spaces with clear. this will result in a flower with individual petals.

This will give you more of the "Thousand flowers" effect!

  • @ramanglass544 A better title would have been "Bulls Eye Cane" all these techs are more or less the same. the desired effects result in picture canes.
