  • @MrJouie Yeah, my resting heart rate is 47bpm, i run 5kms everyday in under 20minutes, so pretty fit....

  • Hello! I have a question, is it normal that your heart rate at rest is just below 60 beats per minute if you are a runner? Most of the time at rest, my heart rate sometimes falls between 45-48 bpm. Do runners have the same below normal heart rate? I'm a 21 year old beginner, I just started running 2 1/2 years ago, and it is the BESTEST 2 1/2 years of my whole life!, besides passing the local board exam, LOL! Please answer my question ACTIVEdotCOM. Thank you very much! From the Philippines.
