Hey! I loved this workout... imma start soon... Im already recovering my energy, im eating healthier. I dont need to loose weight, im skinny I just want to tone up and build up some muscle in my legs, arms and abdomen... What kind of workouts you recommend for those areas??? Im a 21yrs old female, weight:108lbs, height: 5'5 Thank you so much keep it up you're a great motivation!!!
