  • @makingthebest09 On the Food Score ( here is a example) B  - One of your Protein shake with Banana L - Soup ( different type each time) D - small fish pie or Tofu stir fry ( spray oil) also try and mix it up x R

  • really heavy the toning bands are better and are really focusing on the arm areas ......

  • Hey! I loved this workout... imma start soon... Im already recovering my energy, im eating healthier. I dont need to loose weight, im skinny I just want to tone up and build up some muscle in my legs, arms and abdomen... What kind of workouts you recommend for those areas??? Im a 21yrs old female, weight:108lbs, height: 5'5 Thank you so much keep it up you're a great motivation!!!
