Awesome work man. How many total hrs involved? If you want, check out the url link on my page for a seriously rough graphic for hypothetical F-15XL. (manipulating part of F-16XL Delta design)
Feel free to do such a super-Eagle CGI modification - I'd love to see the thing in a final product :)

The F-15S/MTD (ACTIVE) used horizontal tailplanes from an F/A-18, not an F-4.

I realized that afterwards. I chose the F-4 because they were already canted.
