Whenever i do weighted dips i wear a burgen / ruck sack and insert weight plates with towels filling up the "gaps" to keep them still , my starting possition is lower than yours tho keeping elbows at 90 degrees to my shoulders and hold at the top and slowly lower. Is my method advisable or not ? , and is better to do this exercise at the start , middle or end of your work out? P.S. Lookin in good shape , thx
And you didn't even drop the weight at the end. Damn impressive! This is my new goal.
