Eating well and raw motivates me to exercise. When I'm eating dead, cooked and high carb stuff I just want to take a nap. But living food energizes me to move my muscles. Thanks for the show. I want to check into that sandbag thing. Sounds like something I might like and might enjoy doing with my grandchildren! I thank God for the health to do it. Ginny
