This Lincoln Continental is one of the less driven cars in my car collection it has no 12k miles Originals it has never been restored or something like that, it works absoulutely everything ,power windows, powered locks, it has a working MAGAZINE, its really in a mint condition as you can see it, it runs a V8 Ford 400ci (6.6lt) . The 1979 Collector's Series Mark V was equipped essentially the same as the Diamond Jubilee Edition of 1978; virtually every Lincoln luxury was provided as standard equipment on these cars. Offered in just two colors initially, Midnight Blue Moondust Metallic and White, two additional colors, Light Silver Moondust Metallic and Crystal Blue Moondust Metallic, were offered later in the year. The "Collector's Series" option almost doubled the retail price of the standard Continental Mark V to almost $22,000 US dollars, The Mark V version truly was limited with production of just 5,159 cars. Enjoy

  • These are not the kinds of vehicles you find in most collections. You, sir, have class.

  • Absolutely beautiful. What incredible condition your vehicle is in. Truly an American classic. The 70's certainly was an era where American society and economy was strong and powerful. The 70's gave birth to some of the best movies, actors and culture that made the entire world covet and admire.

  • selling a Lincoln continental Mark V 1978 interested in it call me 480 313 3915 Cory Robinson, and lets talk deal.

  • this is not a mark 5.... a mark 5 is a two door and a completely different car. the only mark series lincoln that were 4 door sedans were mark 6. which came in 2 and 4 door. models. i have always wanted to drive a lincoln. especially an older one like this. i own 3 old chryslers and i really love them. but i always wanted to compare how they rode and drove with old lincolns and cadillacs. supposedly chryslers handle better because of the torsion bar, leaf spring suspension...

  • *BAWLS* My old car! My now ex wife made me sell it! GAWD DAMN I miss my car it was identical to that one~! *Continues to sob uncontrollably*

  • Why cant they make Lincolns like they used to they are all cheap cars now, Lincoln towncar / Crown victoria, Lincoln MKX / Ford Edge, Lincoln MKS / Ford Taurus, Lincoln Navigator / Ford Expedition, Lincoln Aviator / Ford Explorer, But the Classics were in a class of there own, I love the classic cars, nothing these days compare to them, they dont make them like they used to
