Well yes, and no... This is the Grand Villa, the largest DVC room, a three bedroom villa. That said, Old Key West has the lowest point value for a Grand Villa. So if you are going to stay in this room this is the cheapest place to do it. Also, one of the hardest to get a reservation for if it is not your home resort.
The other point to note is that when you compare the points to three separate room's it is not that much more.

Needless to say this is probably my favorite room to stay in. Not my favorite resort, though a nice one. I think Beach Club, Contemporary, Polynesian, and Wilderness Lodge get that title for me.
