From the other video: These cars were made way back when texture cars were popular, so they were nice at the time. Now, there are high prim and sculpted cars that look much better, I'm aware of that. I'll update the video with an updated BMW when I get the time to.
After building my BMW, I decided to "drive" it. I took it out to a race track (777 League Complex) and drove it around there.

i heard that there will be a grid opening just for racing, there will be mountain passes cities and such so Street racing drift manely but it still has to be setup and everything build

Well, a car that you wear should normally come with a driving base. I know for one car I made that I have to wear, I wear the body, and make a driving base (normally with wheels) and "rez" it in-world and drive around on that while wearing the body. Send me a message if you need more help...

There is law in private areas, but when everywhere else pretty much just no spamming or annoying other "residents." In Second Life, they call it "griefing." You can't die in a car accident, but people can make it happen through scripts.
