@xKaRNaGee i was major grade 1 when i did this, little did i know lt colonel was after major grade 3 i was scared shitless thinking about it but all my achievements were private so friends could only view them. umm i guess if your close enough no but if your low like warrant officer i wouldn't try it.

i got this when i first started, all you have to do is buy any piece of armor. or at least it worked with me.XD

You're thinking of the wrong achievement, bro. The one you're talking about is called "Make it Drizzle" while the one I made the video for is called "Make it Rain"
