Animated this Character acting test of the Genie character for a pitch to Disney and the Make a Wish Foundation. I later sent this test to the Genie's creator Eric Goldberg who gave it a thumbs up! As he is one of my heroes it was the most rewarding aspect of the entire task!

  • @Mavericker7 No logo

  • oh yea

  • How did you get away with using Batman in a Disney thing?

  • This is a quote from "Hook"!

  • @Goalieells

    Many thanks :)

  • @eubasaban tv show.....congrats

  • @Goalieells Who said anything about me being bitter kid I just like to put pretentious youths in place-added to that its precisely my attitude that gets me work As I have moved from mere animation to supervisory roles. you as an audience are entitled to your opinions -but if you point them out to me I am entitled to laugh at them- thats not bitterness its arrogance that I hold with pride. As to being 'beaten' down by young fresh talent -dream on kid! excuse me now I ve got a tv show to board...

  • @Goalieells The thing with animation, film or any art form, everyone has an opinion. Whether they are educated in what you specialise in or not, they are the audience and they know if somethings not right. I'm suprised you get any work with that sort of attitude,

Concerning the animation. I think its great. I don't really like how the right hand changes from the point up to the "no brain" It starts to rotate one direction then back on itself when it comes back into shot..

  • @eubasaban Well I'm guessing your getting beaten by some younger fresh new talent and that is whats made you so bitter. I know a lot of young animators who are easily just as good as some of the older guys. Sure more experience is always better. But with the wonder that is the internet, knowledge is a lot more accessible, which in turn speeds up the learning process. At the end of the day it comes down to how driven that person actually is.

  • @Skarlis

I never claimed one is too old or young to understand beauty. i merely rejected a coment from an enthusiatic youth. and I still do so.Everyone has the right to an opinion which is worthy of respect in the most basic human formality. A streetsweep can have an opinion about the solar system - I respect that but I dont regard it as a professional or mature opinion. I'll focous on opinions that I recognise come from people that understand my buisness. Best of luck with your animation .
