People don't understand that this cap and trade bill will raise the cost of everything (milk, eggs, cheese, baby formula, EVERYTHING)! It's not just your electric bill folks. The cost of all comodities and services will increase. The poor will get poorer, the middle class will be wiped out and the wealthy elite on Wall St will get stinking rich.

What about the BILLIONS of dollars being spent in Iraq every month? That's at the fault of the Conservatives. In the 70's the scientists told us global cooling was happening! In the 1990's the same scientists started with the global warming! They now are saying that we are headed to to 10 to 15 year cooling period!!! LMAO!!!The earth is alive and breathing! It has colds and it has fevers and it goes through natural cycles! Global waming is a scam created by liberal socialists to put fear in everyones minds while they steal from our pockets to fix something that they cannot fix! Earth is BIGGER than man!

Also, to add to Buttrage's point: Those smaller trees also don't create as much Oxygen as the larger and older ones. Animals are being displaced as well....
Also.... Global Warming is not just the warming of the earth... -.- actually it's spurratic weather patterns... not just warming. Just because your 'facts' about the glaciers (which... have you ever seen the videos of the melting glaciers/ice burgs?) say that the thickness is still the same doesn't mean that global warming isn't happening

Tom what you have to understand is that as the population of the earth increases so does it's need for food. There for farm land for raising livestock and agriculture has to increase too, so this land has to come from somewhere and unfortunatly it is forrests that are being cleared, and hopefully you understand that with no trees we can't breathe, and if your so scared that you will have to pay more for you big mac maybe you shouldn't buy the shit

If you only knew that we are NOT running out of farmland and there is billions and billions of acres of land just in America not being used for anything! 150 years ago there were NO trees on any mountains as photos of the time showed! Now you cannot see the mountains because of the trees! Most land that is cleared is for the wood and then the woodland companies replant for future use! Trees are NOT in trouble! The Earth is with idiots like you! Holy Shit Batman! LMAO!
