ok. this is the year after the olympics and the quality of gymnastics is high. the tyson cup this year was pretty darn awful. i wonder what gives?

The Produnova is piked not tucked. If you look at the start value for her beam routines in 2008 nationals/trials she is only being credited with the 0.5 for the Produnova. Whats known as the memmel (piked barani) isn't even in the code of points

they dont credit her a produnova cuz she didnt do one. her skill is harder. she gets more credit for it.

well the judges dont give her credit for a front half, they credit her with a produnova. i guess they think she starts twisting and then flips, instead of flipping and then twisting
