Dear Martin, this is your best video ever. We got TIs-Targeted Individuals who suffer from narcolepsy and strange drowsiness or deep sleep, and when I was telling them they are TIs they were in denial that they are being targeted just because they were not being tortured and slandered like me and other TIs. @brightness2009 In Germany there is plenty of such more or less concealed material worth of being presented in public. I only dont have time to do this fast enough. However, I did not find such concealed material in english publications.

It is analog to URSS`s Electrosleep ( Dr GuiIliarov ) ,developed at the 30´s. The differences lies on the indication for inducing sleep only, and the employment of cables ,istead of energy waves troughout atmosphere.
