Absolutely top video, just finished changing the home button and my newly cracked screen, took only 15-20 minutes, only trouble i had was when it came to feeding the screen flex cables through, make sure the far left one comes all the way as mine felt like it had, but had snagged, and then wouldn't reach the connector. All tested and working perfectly now, awesome job, ty!

Much easier to reassemble. Don't be afraid :)
Do you have to take out all of that to change the home button? Or could you just remove the speaker thing and be able to replace the home button from there?

@TheGameboy789 You have to do everything we showed, there is no easier way.

@InjuredGadgets You guys probably get a lot of iPhones from failed repairs in these videos even though they're step by step. The main issue is you need a steady hand and intuition, which only comes from experience. Are you sure there is no way to remove the black circular plastic piece that covers the back side of the Home button(if you remove the charging port as well) to replace the Home flex cable? you have to pull out the screen, right?

@duffrageous It has to be completely removed because that cables attaches to the home button and theres no way to get it under the home button without taking the actual button out as well.
