Now, now...don't have a geekspasm. I love ALL Star Wars as much as the next Padawan.

But with the 10th anniversary of the Phantom Menace coming up (or having recently passed...or something), I thought it was a good time to reflect on the fact that the prequel trilogy has some....issues.

@smalllions the original trilogy is shit, extras in the trooper costumes were shit the assumed plot that luke will destroy the emperor is shit because vader does which brings me to the ques. why didnt he do that before????? and shows the all characters are pointless since vader destroyed palpatine and everybody looks all groovy with their fuckin shaggy hair style during the movies. and jabba dies by being choked??? he doesnt have a neck! prequel trilogy is way fuckin better just look at cgi yoda

the prequels (my favorite trilogy btw) will always be picked on because all the 40 something yr old crybabys will never get over the bias love the have for their childhood version of starwars . . . . GET OVER IT we all feel like that with the things we grew up with, we think its the best, right? well eventually we have to admit when something new comes along and totally outdoes our thing. and there is no way in hell that 45&6 are better than the prequels, the original is too inferior

@smalllions I hate the CGI creatures and spaceships. Their obviously more advanced designs don't make sense as being there BEFORE the iconic and blocky X-Wing designs. The whole storyline can never be picked back up- Lucas ruined it.

BTW I think in Star Wars (that's A New Hope to all you so-called fans out there) the actors had an input, and it wasn't just Lucas taking it all into his own hands.

Now all we can do is cross our fingers and hope he doesn't make a sequels trilogy.
