  • Thank you. You REALLY do rock! I'm female so I tend to think your program is more ideally suited for males but you absolutely do have content that I can modify as a woman. However, I have to do a LOT of modifying b/c my fitness level is currenltly about 99% away from what yours is! LOL :-( Anyway, thank you so much for being an AWESOME example and teacher. :-)

  • Ah the spine. Thank you very much for this video. 2 sets of 10 huh. Sounds awesome, and tough. I hurt my back once at work, and always try to figure out ways of making the spine stronger then it is. One way was the Steve Maxwell Joint mobility exercises within the spine. I will add this into my spine exercises. Thank you very much.
