Wouldn't be so proud of drinking that swill for New Years. And this is not a protest song. I met Tommy James with Mitch Ryder in '93 after a Val du Lacs concert. Tommy was sporting a purple Donna Karen suit and Mitch was almost comatose. I got out of there as soon as the heavy drugs came out.

I saw Tommy James in concert about a year or so ago and he sang this and many more classics.
He sounded as great as ever!!
