Kim, my advice to you is if you really want to be a singer/songwriter, then do that instead of chasing other musicians around the country. Get your own career goin' thar girl. Play everywhere. as much as possible. Develop a following. You're pretty good, you have a great voice. I don't know your songs, but if you need better songs hook up with a great songwriter. I don't give that assessment lightly as I have worked in radio for several decades.
