@ecwfaithful Yea I know. I don't know why he's allowed to continue to use it in ROH, seeing as how Dale Oliver made it for TNA. I'm thinking that TNA doesn't copyright there themes.

Daniels actually used Disposable Teens in ROH before they got a TV deal, so there's no surprise that switched to a non-copyrighted cover.

@jonjon535353 Yea TNA doesn't copyright there themes because Homicide still has his LAX theme in ROH.

@guy2008rules They used to have a working agreement, but I think that agreement ended a couple years ago so TNA could start having exclusive talents. With ROH off TV now, it wouldn't surprise me if TNA talents start popping up here and there at ROH live events. I'd really like to see an agreement between ROH and TNA to do an ROH invasion of TNA, and a TNA live event invasion of ROH.

@Witness2TheWade But ROH isn't allowed to use alot of real music on TV, and ROH wasn't on TV at that time. That's why when they got on HDNet they had to change so many people's themes.

@TKLawThunder This was his first HDNet theme, not his first ROH theme.
