After a long hiatus, I appreciate ya'll that are still rockin with me. I was at the Montclair University Music Festival last night, and Joe Budden tore it down for over an hour inside one of the student center ballrooms. 400 kids all reciting lyrics, most of them in tight jeans and oversized fitteds, but absorbing good hip-hop none-the-less. He sometimes says things on twitter that he then ends up apologizing for so he needs to watch his mouth more or else he's going to be the twitter version of 50 cent. Thats right, he's contractually binded to Eminem's record label and if he rubs eminem the wrong way em can just go into his office and rip buddens record contract and that would be the end of buddens career on shady records. Budden would then be on his own from there and I doubt he would sell anything past 10 thousand copies if eminem isn't on the record with him.
