According to our news, no. Our reporter in Beijing went to North Korean restourant to tell the news about Kim Jong Ils death. Waitress cried hysterically, ran to the kitchen, soon they drew all customers out of there and closed the place. Even in (relatively) free society, North Koreans are effected by cult of personality. If you try to speak with them about NK, they just ignore you.
That is sad.

Imagine how horrified they would be if they ever went to war with the South. After being lied to about how weak the South and America is to find out that it is actually the North who are backwards and going to be destroyed.

After watching this documentary, id say a North Korea theme would be perfect for the storyline in Half-Life 3.
