@geardiary thanks for the review! I notice in your written review you mention that this thing helps lessen litter tracking? That is my biggest problem. Is there something inside the globe that helps prevent litter from getting stuck in their paws? thanks

There are two ways that it helps - the first is in how litter is shaken off as the cat climbs out, but the second is the pad on the front that the cat steps on as it exits. The pad is textured and it has holes to capture loose litter. Granted, some litter will probably always escape, it just seems like less of it does with the Litter Robot. :-)

what happens if the cat is using it and it begins to cycle? looks like a cement mixer...

That cracks me up, the cat is already lurking in the background checking it out.
