I disagree I have been a season ticket holder for 12 years, and do road trips every year with the bears to a difrent city, we have a nice stadium!! It might look wierd but I feel the sight lines are great, easy to get in and out and a perfect location.

Lambeau Field has a colder, more brutal environment, but the grass still looks a golf course. Take note or get fieldturf! My suggestion is field turf.

There has been one college game at the current Soldier Field, NIU vs Iowa (I was there), and there is another coming up NIU vs Wisconsin (I will also be there) college football is not to blame.

@lXxBachxXl Plastic grass and domes are for the TV PICTURE, not the game. And football should be played outside on real grass. Who said the footing or weather has to be perfect? Gayle Sayers scored 6 TD's on a field so muddy you couldn't see the lines. The "Ice Bowl" is considered one of the greatest games ever. Real men don't whine about weather or perfect footing. Divas do. We already have Arena Football, leave real football to real men.

@Mozart1220 what does a video game have to do with anything? Turf is better anyways u cant slip up and u dont have to keep tearing up the worn grass and put in new grass and playing on real grass does not define you as a "MAN"

@Stealth892003 Field Turf does not give as much as turf and causes more injuries. Granted Soldier's grass could give way to ankle and knee injuries, in the past several years of being a season ticket holder, I have not seen many injuries of the sort.
