It´s an spanish (Spain) show called "Los hombres de Paco". They are two polices: Pepa Miranda (Laura Sánchez, is an international model) and Silvia Castro (Marián Aguilera, is an important spanish actress).
Its a wonderful , natural, funny and so romantic love story, but with a very very sad end.
You can watch it in pepsienglish canal. Its a compilation with subtitles in english.

that is what I thought the first time I saw her. Then after more watching i though she looks a bit like a combination of Amy Adams and Isla Fisher.
.....now though when I see those actresses I think they look like Marian Aguilera instead, so the other way round.
