I don't see why I should lower it slower, if not to avoid any sort of bounce / hitting my chest. It's quite heavy weights for me (even if the lifts looks rather explosive) so I think I need that mentality and just push it all thru as fast as possible to handle it.

Your heels are coming off the floor in the ironworks. Doesn't the heel in the shoe help you? sends your knees forward abit? I have trouble with back squatting below parallel, without something under my heels its impossible.

I doubt it do now, I was probably just new to them / lost my balance. It's harder to go below parallell in OL shoes when without since they will push your knees forward so the same narrow angle in your knees will lead to higher angle in your hips / not as deep looking squat.
You yes, it may give you a bigger range of motion, but it won't "look" as deep.

you are benching fine but try to take it down littlebit slower and stop the bar when you take bar on chest. Then dont align your hands to staright at end of the rep because you activate your triceps if you do that. that all if you try to gain mass, and avoid injuries:D

I stop on my chest if it would be a competition lift, I don't know if it's useful for regular training, probably is but less good for your ego.. My arms aren't vertical in the top position if that is what you mean, I guess the angle it's filmed on makes it hard to see. I hold my outer fingers on the rings.

i just mean slow down it a littlebit.. if you smash it in your chest too hard you will got injury:D i was benching 6x130 set and on last rep my wrist wrecked and bar smashed on my chest. that feels fucking great:D
