Julian White (From Bald To Bold) visits local Hair Club Medical Group to sample their new product Strand Builder.

Hi, today's blog is coming from the hair club medical group's office in Orange. The local place that I come to and had my surgery done. Once a month I come in for an EXT treatment. And today they are introducing me to something new. It's called the Strand Builder. And it's a really neat little product. I had the surgery done approximately 7 months ago -- and its been growing in amazingly well, I mean my expectations are being met.

This product will assist in camouflage my thinness while my hair is still in the growing phase. It's a cosmetic product that gives the appearance of thicker hair. But I don't have to worry about it staining my skin or my clothes?

Jasmine: No, not at all.

Julian: What if I was... put it on in the morning and walked outside and it ended up raining in the afternoon, is it going to wash off and drip down my face?

Jasmine: No, actually it stays on if you perspire, windy day, or if its raining.

Julian: So I can even workout and play tennis.

Jasmine: Yes

Julian: With this on my hair

Jasmine: It will stay on. The only way to take it off is shampooing your hair.

Julian: OK, it comes off with shampoo.

Jasmine: Shampoo, correct.

Julian: Is there any... does it sting at first?

Jasmine: Sting? Oh no, it's very lightweight, it's karoten and protein. And what it does is it locks into each strand of your hair, and so it's a really great product, very light product. So what you want to focus on is any areas you feel you are uncomfortable with right now. You just sprinkle it on, you always want to apply our maxim light hairspray after to lock it in. and I'll show you exactly how to do that.

Julian: how long should this last me, one of those little bottles?

Jasmine: you know that all depends if you are going to use it everyday or just for special occasions.

Julian: If I applied it daily, about a month?

Jasmine: I would say it could last you even over a month as well.

Julian: This is a relatively new product, is a lot of people using it?

Jasmine: Yeah, a lot of my clients love it.

Julian: Yeah, what kind of comments have been given?

Jasmine: At first they are like, you know, but then when I apply it on them and they are just like oh my gosh they want to buy it immediately.
So we've applied it on the back, and I'm going to spray now some of our maxim light hold hair spray, and we definetly recommend that you use that right after this.

Julian: So hopefully you can see some results, I can't wait for you to grab that mirror and give it to me.

Jasmine: You ready to see?

Julian: Yeah Yeah... See the before and after, it's... this way... where did my bald spot go? Wow even.. I can see scalp, I'm seven months into the growth of my hair, almost like I was just thinning, but now its like I haven't lost any hair at all. Wow Jasmine, its like night and day difference.

OK, seven months ago, I had a bald spot, on the crown of my head. Seven months later I have thinning because of my surgery, and I'm still hopeful I'm going to have less thinning as the hair grows in. but now, its as if, I've never lost any hair at all. The results, I hate to use the word amazing, it sounds so cliché, but you know, absolutely is amazing. I curious to see how it will last if I play tennis or perspire but from talking to Jasmine that will be fine... I'm going to use this every day.

Dang she is a goodlooking girl. I think Im going there.

I use toppik, its essentially the same thing you can get for about 20.00 at any beauty suppily shop, I get mine at Sally Beauty Suppily, it works great.
