How to Make Hakka Pork Soup

This is one of my favorite soups, which is a traditional Hakka dish from my Amah. It's really simple and easy to do, you just need to shop for some of the ingredients! I swear you can buy them easily at an Asian market like 99 Ranch. The key to keeping the meat tasty and tender is to not overcook it so that it becomes dry and bland; you have you remove it part-way thru the process. And yes, I chose a calm song for once!
