www.MyRobotNation.com lets you create your own completely unique robot collectible online, then we make it real for you with full-color 3D printing and deliver it to your door! Want to know how it's done?
We recently we gave Enger Bewza, one of our My Robot Nation Beta participants, behind the scenes access to the Robot Factory North -- the amazing 3D Printing workshop at Offload Studios, where the robots are printed on Z Corporation full color 3D printers.
Enger created this AWESOME video which shows the entire robot creation process from online creation to robot unboxing, including exclusive footage of the actual 3D printing of the robot itself!
We think it's amazing to see this combination of high-tech digital wizardry and physical creation literally out of the dust, but it's also important. Important because what you're really seeing here is the first steps in a revolution of personal creation.
Imagine a world where any object you want can be personalized, customized by you before purchase, then manufactured not generically in bulk, but individually and on-demand.
With the online technology in My Robot Nation's 3D creation platform and the availability of high-quality full-color 3D printing, this is possible NOW. It's a preview of what could be a tectonic shift in personalized manufacturing that has the potential to change the global economy. And you can be a part of it right now. In the coolest way possible -- with robots!
