Collegiate women's lacrosse player Morgan Will demonstrates that female athletes CAN, and should, lift heavy and with intensity to increase force production, decrease the chance of injury, and improve mental toughness. It is our hope that people will see that Morgan is not an enormous monster, but rather an intelligent athlete who is always striving to get better. We use a 12" box "touch and go" style to monitor depth on each rep. It is no surprise that Morgan's speed has improved tremendously this summer, and we are excited for her to show her skills this coming fall season.
