since contouring "shadows" (or takes away) emphasis on a part of the face, highlighting is needed to bring attention to other parts of the face, or else your face will look flat.

yes!!! a tutorial, PLEASE =D on how to contour.... i'm a newbie on makeup =/ nd i always dont get y have to highlight wen people contour...so wat does a highlight do in contouring
