How do you make the kiblast stretch like that

@bjkdie well the blast is in three parts. First is the player with his hand out like hes ready to blast second is the blast head and the third is the middle part of the blast which connects the previous parts
so i made gamemaker draw the middle part stretched between the player and blast head and then just make the head move
